Disse boller passer perfekt til en børnefødselsdag eller måske bare til en kop søndagskaffe. Uanset hvilken lejlighed du laver dem til, så er det nogle dejlige luftige boller med store stykker flødechokolade i. De smager helt klart bedst friskbagte og lune, men de er også gode dagen efter hvis de bliver lunet. Der bliver cirka 15 boller ud af denne portion. Rigtig god fornøjelse!
Ingredienser

- 25 g gær
- 3 dl lunkent vand
- ½ tsk salt
- 3 spsk honning
- 1 æg
- ¾ del (½ lille bæger) cremefraiche 18%
- 6-700 g hvedemel
- 150 g god flødechokolade

Fremgangsmåde
- Opløs gæren i vandet og rør salt, honning, æg og cremefraiche i skålen
- Tilsæt melet lidt ad gangen
- Ælt dejen grundig – brug evt. en røremaskine eller eller en el-pisker. Dejen skal være som almindelig bolledej
- Hak chokoladen meget groft og ælt den ind i dejen
- Lad dejen hæve tildækket til dobbelt størrelse, ca. 1 time ved stuetemperatur
- Slå dejen ned og tril den til ca. 15 boller
- Efterhæv bollerne i 20-30 minutter og pensel dem med sammen piske æg
- Bag bollerne ved 200 grader i ca. 20 minutter, til de er gyldne
