Ingredienser

- 100 g smør
- 5 dl mælk
- 50 g gær
- 10 dl mel
- 3,5 dl grahamsmel
- 3,5 dl havregryn
- 2 spsk sukker
- 2 tsk kardemomme
- 2 tsk kanel
- 1 tsk salt
- 250 g rosiner (kan udelades)

Fremgangsmåde
- Smelt smøret i en gryde, tilsæt mælk og opvarm blandingen lidt
- Tilsæt gær og rør den godt ud
- Bland alle de tørre ingredienser i en stor skål og hæld de våde ingredienser i
- Bland godt indtil dejen bliver glat og lækker
- Sæt til hævning i cirka 1 time
- Tilføj rosiner, hvis du ønsker det, og ælt dejen
- Rul dejen til en pølse og skær i cirka 25 stykker
- Form til boller og sæt dem til efterhævning i 30 min.
- Bag dem ved 225 grader i ca 15 min.
